'Save your sanity' is the fifth part in Lärmschutz' ongoing experiments about sane and insane. It's a musical guidline in a labyrith of well meant advices and step-programs. Previous releases are The Madness Manual on Diplomacy Supplement Records, (In)Sane on on Default Standard Records, Insanity Defenses on Noyade Records and Warning signs of mental illness on Anticipating Nowhere Records (coming in March). This one is about dealing with sanity while being addicted or trying to get off your addiction. Four trombtronics (trombone with electronics) tracks of about ten minutes.
